Jaime Tardy is a successful podcaster, interviewing millionaires every week, she is also excited about the legacy she has created for her children. She sees one of her greatest successes as “Showing my kids that it’s possible.” In business Jaime encourages people to take action. “Just like having a child”, Jaime reminds us, “You’ll never know until you start moving forward.” This is summed up in a quote by Will Rogers “Even if you’re on the right track you’ll get run over if you just sit there.”
I love how Jaime is not prepared to let people off the hook for not following their passion. “I see so many people with not necessarily excuses, but valid reasons on why they’re not doing what they’re want to do. I don’t think that’s a good enough reason.” I guess this is because her bliss is to “help people to do what they love and make money doing it.”
Jaime and her family choose to allocate their birthday money to Charity Water. Her son’s last birthday raised $3-400, which meant he gave 5 people water for life. It gave him so much joy. I love this Tardy family initiative!
Jaime provides some great advice for newbie podcasters:
