Jason Westland is a successful entrepreneur with “12000 paying users and over a million users in our community” of ProjectManager.com. Jason believes genuinely caring about people, being able to see the big picture and being focused on his customers are the qualities that have led to his success.
Jason had a desire of being a manager at age 10, even though he wasn’t sure what it meant. His talent came to light at age 15 when he soon started a window cleaning company which was earning more than his teacher was at school. Now Jason would like to be remembered as “Having created something that was a New Zealand success story.” He has mentioned Rod Drury and Sir Peter Jackson who are the trail blazers for New Zealand success.
Jason’s support people include his wife, his mother, a number of advisors who are knowledgable in areas he is not and a number of successful business people who have “been there and done that.”
