Rey Brown is a self confessed introvert but he hasn’t let it stop him. He is passionate about family and loves the quote by Mother Theresa “If you want to promote world peace, go home and love your family.” Married for 3 1/2 years, Rey, like most of it has gone through the normal challenges. Rey and his wife have a list of people they have talked to candidly about marriage. Rey acknowledges most people wouldn’t feel comfortable talking openly like this, so he has set up a daily podcast “I Like Family.”
Rey believes that his success is made up of steps taken every day. He has a board of advisors he can go to when he needs help. Rey has identified people who he wants to be like in areas such as finance and parenting and talks to them when he needs help or guidance. Rey acknowledges he is 60-70% of where he would like himself to be and would love to have your feedback, which is truly admirable.
Rey also loves doing random acts of kindness such as paying for people’s groceries and personally handing warm coats to homeless people. It “makes me feel good and makes me feel like I can conquer the world.” Rey is making a difference one person at a time.
Rey believes that going biking with his family not only reduces the carbon footprint, but also provides exercise and most of all family time.
